Celebrating 20 years of Community Banking

Earlier this month we met with a number of our clients from around the country who were in Bendigo for the Bendigo Bank ‘Community Bank National Conference’. This conference was extra special as it was the 20th anniversary since the first Community Bank opened.

We hosted an evening drinks at Stella Restaurant followed by a breakfast at Cafe Essence. Both events provided an invaluable opportunity to spend time with clients and put a face to old and new names that generally, due to location, we only communicate with over the phone and via email.

The conference was held at Ulumbarra Theatre on Wednesday 11 September and All Seasons on Thursday 12 September. Delegates represented Community Banks from all states and territories across Australia.

We were also fortunate enough to share a trade stall with the Community Enterprise Foundation on the final day of the conference.
